Our 5th Annual FUNdraiser was held on Saturday, March 12, 2016. We celebrated our movement programs for inmates, veterans, recovering addicts, people with chronic disease and the elderly. Your support helps us continue to offer transformation and healing through dance for underserved people in the Bay Area. Each year at our annual fundraiser, we enjoy live music and dance performances, delicious food and drinks, a raffle, and more. Raffle prizes and packages include massages, acupuncture, restaurants, Wednesday night class book, music, and much more!
Thanks to our sponsors, Mechanics Bank and California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS). Food and beverages have been generously donated by House Kombucha, Good Earth Natural Foods, Sartaj India Cafe, Whole Foods, Mollie Stones, Trader Joe’s and Nugget Markets. Thanks to all of our Raffle and Silent Auction donors.

In September 2015, we held our first Sunday Sweat Your Prayers at Options Recovery Services, an outpatient drug treatment center in Berkeley, CA. This event brought our dance community together with our outreach community. It was such a success that we’ve launched a series of Outreach Sweats. At these events, you’ll have the unique opportunity to learn more about our outreach programs while dancing in some of the places where our work matters most.
Every year we participate in online giving campaigns including #GivingTuesday and Silicon Valley Gives. Consider donating to our Razoo page, and support our Outreach Programs.
Another way to donate – when you shop at AmazonSmile or through iGive, Syzygy gets a donation!
