While Sylvie Minot is traveling the week of the 14th, we’re thrilled to welcome Majica Alba as our movement facilitator. With her rich background in therapeutic movement and 5Rhythms, Majica creates an environment where healing and release flow naturally. In her capable hands, our dance floor transforms into a sanctuary where every energetic expression is honored.
