When words fall short, we dance. When we are in need, we come together to move through whatever life has brought forth—uncertainty, grief, hope. The dance floor becomes our sanctuary, a place where every emotion finds its expression surrounded in safety. Join us for our November 5Rhythms™ gathering with Dr. Rachel Jordana, where movement becomes our shared language, and community becomes our strength. In the warm embrace of the music, we create a space where feelings flow freely, and support comes naturally through the simple act of moving together. 5Rhythms™: Moving Through Life Together Gabrielle Roth gifted us this practice, which offers more than just dance—it provides a container for everything we carry. Whether you're celebrating or seeking solace, your movement matters. There are no steps to memorize, no expectations to meet. Your body knows the way; we're here to witness and support that journey. While Sylvie Minot is abroad, we're honored to welcome Dr. Rachel Jordana. Her therapeutic movement and 5Rhythms background create an environment where healing and release can naturally emerge. Our dance floor becomes a place where every energetic expression is honored in her capable hands. The Details:
