Last night we experienced a full Beaver Moon. This super moon is about releasing what no longer serves us to create space for what sustains us through the dark season. It is a time when we turn inward to meet the parts of ourselves that dance with the darkness. It is the season of the shadow self, our sacred companion waiting to be acknowledged and embraced in preparation for the coming winter's stillness. This weekend, we'll bring this lunar energy to the dance floor. In our practice, we dance with both the shadow and the light, the hidden and the revealed. Through the five rhythms, we'll shake loose, empty out, and embrace the season of darkness, moving our bodies to connect with our inner light and welcome the stillness the changing season brings.
