The full moon rising this Sunday creates perfect celestial timing for our embodied practices. Several upcoming events in September will provide us with an opportunity to harvest the emotional wisdom we cultivate through movement. The lunar syzygy of Sun, Earth, and Moon mirrors the alignment of body, emotion, and spirit that happens when we allow ourselves to move authentically through dance. I’m very excited to be returning to New York next week to offer a Heartbeat workshop. Dancing with and through our emotions is incredibly important in these times, when navigating them is essential to our well-being amidst the chaos around us.
