Peninsula 5Rhythms dances continue while Sylvie is away, and BIPOC classes return on Saturday, October 4, with Merge and Emerge for BIPOC with Sapana Doshi. This week's email from Peninsula producer Dora Yung: ----- Dear Dancers, Join us this Sunday, September 28th, as we continue our embrace of the changing seasons and delve into Autumn. This is the final dance in our two-part arc exploring the spirit of Equinox: a dance of polarities, a celebration of the in-between, where contrast ripens into connection and change opens the way to the innate wholeness beneath everything. If you were unable to attend last weekend's dance, led by Qibei Shen Steiner (check out her website for upcoming workshops), please feel free to join us. Each class is a complete experience in and of itself.
