We at Syzygy Dance Project are continuing to strive for transformation and empowerment through dance.

Over the past decade, we have moved with veterans suffering from mental illness and have helped them rediscover joy through dance.

This Giving Tuesday, we have a bold vision:

We've witnessed incredible stories:

"I feel this state of ease and bliss after this class."
"I was mad before I came and didn't want to do this; now I'm so glad I did. I feel so much better."
'I just want to be in a relationship... I could feel the difference from when I was blocking everyone out to when I was letting others in.”

But we can't do it alone.

Today, we've launched our Giving Tuesday campaign. In the next few days and throughout December, we’ll continue to share stories in our emails and on Facebook that show exactly how dance is uplifting and changing lives—stories that will inspire, move, and maybe surprise you.
