We are excited to offer an open Medicine Circle weekend in the San Francisco Bay Area.

It’s been a while since Wendy and I have had one here in northern California. With the world's state and the uncertainties around us, movement and ceremony can help ground and re-center us in these moments.

In the Medicine Circle, our dance is our medicine. It weaves ritual, sound, movement, and trance states as we dance for ourselves, each other, and the bigger whole.

We will hold our monthly Sweat Your Prayers this Saturday, July 13 at the Hidden City Ballroom. Come dance to reconnect with your body, your center, and your ground.
