As the Olympic Games are happening, I am reminded of how these events celebrate human physical achievement and the unity of all races and cultures working together towards greatness. Our classes also celebrate the joy of movement in our bodies and the sense of oneness found among our dance community. We foster a spirit of togetherness and mutual support. We create this unity in our class when we dancers move together to music or create a circle that empowers and supports each other. These moments of connection highlight the importance of community in our lives. Events that bring people together in movement and physical activity can create a powerful synergy, celebrating the beauty and power of the human body in all its forms. I am offering a BIPOC 5Rhythms class this Saturday, August 3rd, as we embrace our diversity and share our uniqueness:
Looking forward to dancing together. With love, Sylvie Minot and the SDP Team P.S. As a friendly reminder, if you are interested in our Facilitator Training, the early bird deadline is August 30th. So powerful is the light of unity that it can illuminate the whole earth.
