In 5Rhythms, each rhythm serves a different purpose in the journey of release and integration. In a Sweat Your Prayers class, we move through the five rhythms to explore various aspects of ourselves, work through stuck energy in our bodies, and experience a sense of release. We move to process emotions and connect with our own authentic expression. Guiding people through the whole wave of the five rhythms is a profoundly meaningful experience, especially as I observe how different bodies and spirits respond to each phase. This weekend, I will be guiding two Sweat Your Prayers dances. The first event on Saturday in Oakland is specifically for BIPOC individuals, and the second class on Sunday is open to anyone who would like to come dance in Redwood City. Upcoming Class Details
