Twice Monthly

BIPOC FREEDOM DANCES

On the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month, Sylvie Minot, Sapana Doshi & Kamla Sufi offer BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) Freedom Dances on a rotating schedule of teachers. These three teachers share a commitment to creating healing spaces through movement for the BIPOC community.

5RHYTHMS OPEN FLOOR WITH SYLVIE

Open Floor Dance in Sausalito is a movement umbrella that offers a variety of embodiment school facilitators. ​Periodically, Sylvie Minot leads an inspiring, intimate 5Rhythms experience on Sundays. Whether dancing alone or with others, and a joyful way to spend time dancing.

PENINSULA Sweat Your Prayers

PENINSULA MOVEMENT CLASSES 

Different classes facilitated on rotation feature dynamic, moving meditations at Luna Del Soul in Redwood City.  Each teacher offers a practice for your body and soul in a safe space.  Dancers of all experience levels are welcome.

Quarterly

BODIES IN MOTION WITH SYLVIE MINOT

Syzygy Dance Project enhances the well-being of seniors, caregivers, and people with chronic pain through its adaptable Bodies in Motion program, led by Sylvie Minot with NewBridge Services. This 6-week weekly ZOOM class promotes gentle movement, reduces stiffness and pain, and builds social connection, helping participants feel more energized, relaxed, and engaged both in class and at home.
