Private Sessions with Sylvie Minot
Private sessions with Sylvie Minot are available in person or via Zoom for those interested in exploring movement in depth individually.
What to expect in a session:
We start by checking in to see what you’d like to work with, setting an intention, and then doing a drum wash. Dance is used to see what the body is holding.
Sylvie will guide you with different imagery to connect various parts of the body to reveal what it’s holding. You then connect the body parts with the parts of the self that are stuck in a pattern that is no longer useful or some other vulnerable part who haven’t had space to come out. We give it space and voice, allowing it to move.

Typically, sessions are 90 minutes per session. The minimum recommended number of sessions is three:

A series of three sessions: $800.00.

A series of five prepaid sessions: $1,275.00.

Additional sessions are $275.00 each.

Small Group Sessions | 2 – 4 people
Involves work similar to 1:1 sessions. Each individual experiences their unique process while also receiving support from others and dealing with whatever social interactions arise. The length of sessions depends on the number of participants in the group.
Private Medicine Circle Sessions | 10 - 12 people
Cost for group sessions varies based on session size and length.
