SHAMANIC JOURNEY AND MOVEMENT
7-WEEK COMMITTED VIRTUAL WORKSHOP
2024 Dates TBA
What is Shamanic Journey & Movement?

Shamanic journeying bridges humans between the worlds, beyond the five senses, to recover messages, knowledge, and wisdom from our guardian spirits and ancestral allies.
During this individual and communal process, we will dance, journey with the drum, and embody our guidance through movement. We will put the group’s messages into motion by creating embodied tableaux.
Throughout the series, we will honor the worlds of the soul, the animals, the land, and the ancestor’s spirits.
For over 15 years, Sylvie Minot has been leading Medicine Circle with Wendy Heffner. During the pandemic, Sylvie found a different way to connect through the spirit world. She started a series called Shamanic Journeying and Movement over Zoom.
The journeys have been very profound during this time of unrest, a time when we need to connect with our guardian spirits and ancestral allies even more than ever. The journeys have been revealing and healing.
Participants were not just journeying for themselves, but also each other and the world. Now it is time for us to once again come together and experience this incredible journey.
This workshop is a ceremony to invite in the subconscious and spirit world to assist us.
This 7-week virtual series is will be held as online Zoom meetings. Zoom connection instructions are sent via email several days prior to the first workshop July 10. Please make sure to test your device for Zoom compatibility. Our Zoom FAQ is here.
