PRIVATE SESSIONS / TRAINING PACKAGES
1:1 Sessions with Sylvie MinotPrivate sessions with Sylvie Minot are available over Zoom for those interested in exploring in-depth movement individually. What to expect in a session: We start with checking in to see what you’d like to work with, set an intention, and do a drum wash. Dance is used as a way to see what the body is holding. Sylvie will guide you with different imagery to connect different parts of the body to reveal what it’s holding. You then connect the body parts with the parts of the self that are stuck in a pattern that is no longer useful or some other vulnerable part who haven’t had space to come out. We give it space and voice allowing it to move. People who would benefit in these sessions, and who are looking to work with:

"Doing this deep work within a group was very special, and it showed me how we can relate differently as human beings, connect, and be there for each other with active compassion, presence and respect. Sylvie’s way of working with the body and movement, her strong intuition, generosity, sense of service, and great music guided us through deep, powerful, healing and transformative work, in a way that felt contained, safe and very loving. I will be forever grateful for those days and what they brought." “The body holds stories and old wounds, and medicine as well. It has the antidote to heal itself. Through moving, we release our stories and allow healing to come through.” ABOUT SYLVIE MINOTSylvie Minot received her BA in Dance from San Jose State University and a Master's Degree in Theology in Spirituality and Holistic Health.
