5Rhythms With Sylvie on Virtual Earth Day

4/20/2020

5Rhythms Dance on Earth Day with Sylvie Minot

Join Sylvie for our weekly Wednesday night class on Zoom from 7:30 - 9 pm PST.

We invite you to join us on Earth Day as we dance with the rhythm of flow. Flow in the 5Rhythms map draws from  the element of earth and grounding.

In this time of upheaval, connecting with the ground beneath us is essential.

As we tap into our roots well below the surface, finding strength and an interconnected web that allows us to then branch out and expand, moving through any tension or constriction we may be holding.

We invite you to feel the earth—its calming effect and incredible support of all life—and the possibility of expansion and hope.

“Teach us to walk the soft Earth as relatives to all that live.” - Sioux prayer

With love,

Sylvie and the SDP Team

PS. All beginners are always welcome!
