 Today is Election Day in the U.S. I invite you to take pauses throughout the day and send out a prayer for the world's collective well-being. Anxiety has been building. Citizens are on the edge of their minds--waiting for something new while hoping for the change they want to see.  This week while I am off on a mini-vacation, I want to introduce you to Tina Marinic. She is currently a participant in the training path to become a certified 5Rhythms teacher. Tina will teach this Wednesday's lass as part of her requirements for completing the 5Rhythms Teacher Training Program. - Sylvie  As the U.S. presidential election draws near, I am filled with anticipation for November 3rd. I search for a ray of hope--a sign that we will find our way out of this aching disparity.  Ever since the start of the pandemic lockdown, I have noticed how much I miss immersing myself in water. With the recent Northern California wildfires, the need to be with water is ever more present.  This pandemic year has too often challenged us to find new and different ways of doing and being in this world. You are being forced to embrace new experiences without time to process and let go of the old, the familiar, and the once was. |
