![]() Today, we celebrate the Lunar New Year. Growing up, I loved celebrating this day. Many festivities awakened all my senses. ![]() The holiday season is upon us and it's a reminder to honor the gifts of life—both the soft and tender moments and the fierce courage we summon when challenges arise. ![]() At my last class working with veterans, we experienced a heartfelt share from one of the veterans with a dual diagnosis. ![]() As the Olympic Games are happening, I am reminded of how these events celebrate human physical achievement and the unity of all races and cultures working together towards greatness. ![]() Last Sunday, on the day of the auspicious full Buck moon, we received the news that many of us are supporting a woman of color for president. It is incredible that this could be possible in my lifetime. ![]() The Sufis believed that the whole point of life was to engage with the imaginal world because, without that, one could not really engage with the deepest levels of reality. ![]() The Lunar New Year falls on Saturday, February 10th, marking the beginning of the Year of the Wood Dragon. |
