Dreams offer the opportunity to seek guidance from our ancestors and spirit guides through the permeable veil between the dream world and our conscious reality.  Syzygy Dance Project executive director, Sylvie Minot is excited to announce her Shamanic Journey workshop connecting the dream world, journeying, dancing, and writing.  I have always been interested in the dream world and its fascinating images and metaphors. For me, dreams hold hidden messages from a mystical space.  Whenever I travel, I am reminded of change. There's the change you initiate and the change that is thrust upon you. It's how you embrace or reject change that colors your life experience. 
This summer, I am participating in spiritual theologian and eco-justice champion Matthew Fox's course on Catholic Saint Hildegard von Bingen. Author and mystic Mirabai Starr was a recent guest who shared the words of one of Hildegard's sacred chants. I have been captivated by it ever since. |
