 As we step into 2024 with open hearts and vibrant spirits, let's dance to the rhythm of the New Year. Embracing the 5Rhythms - Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness.  As we embrace the celestial energy transition of Solstice, the Ursid meteor shower graces our skies, illuminating the divine energy that moves us through the darkness, reminding us that even in the darkest hours, there is a source of eternal light.  We want to express our profound gratitude for the unwavering support from our incredible Syzygy Dance Project community throughout the year.  Embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery through the fusion of movement and music with Syzygy Dance Project's monthly Saturday morning 5Rhythms Sweat Your Prayers™ class in January 2024.
