 We at Syzygy Dance Project are continuing to strive for transformation and empowerment through dance.  During this season of gratitude, I am always thankful for how dancing with you makes me feel.  We want to express our profound gratitude for the unwavering support from our incredible Syzygy Dance Project community throughout the year.  Happy Giving Tuesday Day! Founded in 2012, Giving Tuesday is a global day of charitable giving that takes place Tuesday after the American Thanksgiving holiday.  National Non-Profit Day is a special occasion that provides an excellent opportunity to recognize and support organizations dedicated to positively impacting our communities.  The passage of another year is a time of reflection and resolution as we contemplate what hasn't been working, what we have enjoyed creating, and what changes we'd like to see moving into the new year.  Thanks to the generosity of our supportive community, we were able to increase our work with veterans and seniors throughout 2022. We survived the pandemic lockdowns and limitations with creative solutions thanks to all of you.  We begin this week with Giving Tuesday today, formed as a simple idea in 2012 to encourage generosity. As we continue our focus being grateful for the past year, we feel humbled by the support we have received thus far. It is inspiring to see who shares our passion for bringing dance to people who need it most. |
