 We experienced a rare celestial treat on Monday – a seasonal Blue Sturgeon Moon. This occurs when there are four full moons in a single astronomical season instead of the usual three. In such cases, the third full moon of the four is designated as a "Blue Moon."  5Rhythms dance is more than just movement; it's a powerful form of expression, a way to connect deeply with yourself and the world around you.  In March, we commemorate Women's History Month and celebrate International Women's Day, recognizing women everywhere.  The Lantern Festival is on Saturday, February 24, the first full moon of the lunar new year.  In the spirit of Thanksgiving, a time to gather around the table of abundance and appreciate life's blessings, let us embark on a journey of gratitude.  Tonight, under the gaze of the full Hunter's Moon, we find ourselves in a unique celestial embrace. Hunter's Moons symbolically beckons us to gather, prepare, and perform self-care rituals.  International Dance Day celebrates the beauty and power of dance, bringing together people from all walks of life to explore movement, rhythm, and connection. |
