![]() What does Easter mean for you without incorporating religious beliefs? For many in the northern hemisphere, Easter is a time for celebrating spring's arrival and the renewal of nature. It's a time to emerge from hibernation, reconnect with loved ones, and experience the earth’s natural beauty. Easter is also associated with the beginning of the autumn harvest in the southern hemisphere. Both halves of the globe feel nature’s changing rhythm inexorably moving us forward. I am currently enjoying spring in California and the many new blossoms. Then in two weeks, I will be in Australia experiencing autumn, a time of foliage transition and introspection. I will be immersed in this duality of nature’s ever-shifting flow. The earth's seasonal changes are like the beating heart of nature, revealing its raw beauty, power, and deep connection to our spirit. As we venture outside, we can feel the pulse of the changing seasons with each breath, reminding us that transition is a natural and inevitable part of life's rhythm. This month, let's unite through dance and immerse ourselves in the varied and captivating rhythms of the shifting seasons on both halves of the globe.
