 As June begins, we embrace the rainbow colors of Pride Month, a time to honor and celebrate the diversity of the LGBTQ+ community and the universal human spirit.  5Rhythms dance is more than just movement; it's a powerful form of expression, a way to connect deeply with yourself and the world around you.  This week, the awe-inspiring and unexpected displays of pink and purple aurora borealis across the lower portions of Europe and the US provided a chance to contemplate the larger mysteries of our existence in the universe—a reminder to appreciate the beauty of the natural world and consider our relationship with it.  As May blooms before us, we turn our hearts toward Mother's Day, a time to honor the divine feminine energy that nurtures and sustains us all.  The Beltane Fire Festival is a celebration deeply rooted in ancient Celtic traditions. It marks the halfway point between the spring equinox and the summer solstice, from May 1st through the 5th. |
