As May blooms before us, we turn our hearts toward Mother's Day, a time to honor the divine feminine energy that nurtures and sustains us all. Join us for our special Sweat Your Prayers class on May 11th, dedicated to celebrating the essence of the feminine spirit. Through movement inspired by the grace and strength of the divine feminine, we'll dance in reverence to the life-giving forces that flow through us and connect us to one another. Let the rhythms of our bodies harmonize with the rhythms of the universe as we move together, weaving a tapestry of love, compassion, and empowerment. Through dance, we'll honor the wisdom and beauty of the feminine energy that resides within each of us, fostering a sense of unity and gratitude for the nurturing essence of existence. Sweat Your Prayers™ Sweat Your Prayers™ is not just a dance practice; it's a sacred journey into the depths of our souls, guided by the wisdom of movement and the power of intention. Created by 5Rhythms founder Gabrielle Roth, this transformative practice invites us to explore the divine within ourselves and the world around us. In Sweat Your Prayers™, we merge our bodies with the music, surrendering to the rhythm of our breath and the beat of our hearts. Through this embodied prayer, we awaken our senses, release stagnant energy, and embrace the fullness of our being. This practice is open to everyone, regardless of age, gender, or experience level. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or stepping onto the dance floor for the first time, you'll find a welcoming space to explore and express yourself authentically. There are no steps to follow, no right or wrong way to move; simply let your body lead the way and trust in the wisdom of your own movement. Guided by Sylvie Minot's gentle presence, we'll dance in silence, allowing the music to speak to our souls and guide us on our journey of self-discovery. Reserve Your Place To ensure your spot in this transformative experience, we encourage you to register in advance, as space is limited. Join us in the heart of Point Richmond for a morning of movement, connection, and celebration. We look forward to dancing with you as we honor the divine feminine and embrace the beauty of Mother's Day together. With Love and Gratitude, Sylvie and the SDP Team P.S.
