As the night envelops us in its gentle darkness, we sense the subtle pull of the returning light. It's the season for introspection, reflection, and anticipation for the new year ahead. In honor of this meditative time, we extend a heartfelt invitation to two transformative Syzygy Dance Project events happening this Saturday, December 9th, at the Hidden City Ballroom in Richmond, CA. 1. Monthly 5Rhythms Sweat Your Prayers Class: Join us for our monthly 5Rhythms Sweat Your Prayers class in the morning. This simple movement practice is a canvas for self-discovery, allowing you to release the old and welcome the new in a supportive community. Event Details:
2. Annual Holiday Sound Waves Benefit for SDP Programs: This is one of our community’s favorite yearly events. Immerse yourself in the soothing sound bath of indigenous instruments, crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, and more—a unique opportunity to center yourself for the holidays and welcome the coming of the light. It is such a nourishing experience to feel the vibration of the instruments during this time Event Details:
