​Since the beginning, ancient cultures have considered Meteor showers divine messages and signs of significant events or forthcoming changes.

As we gaze up at the night sky, witnessing this yearly Perseid celestial spectacle, let us remember that we are but a part of a grand cosmic dance. From ancient times to the present day, these heavenly displays have held profound significance for our ancestors, evoking awe and wonder at the mysteries of the universe.

Our dance practice helps us tap into the ancient wisdom stored in our bodies, bringing forth insights, healing, and a profound sense of unity with our community.

At Syzygy Dance Project, we are committed to bringing dance to everyone. Our outreach programs continue to bring movement to the elderly, veterans, and people with severe trauma and mental illness. 

We are offering our yearly Facilitator training from August 24- 27.  Our early bird deadline is August first.  I hope you can join us in bringing our practice to every-body.
