It's how you embrace or reject change that colors your life experience. ![]() This summer, I am participating in spiritual theologian and eco-justice champion Matthew Fox's course on Catholic Saint Hildegard von Bingen. Author and mystic Mirabai Starr was a recent guest who shared the words of one of Hildegard's sacred chants. I have been captivated by it ever since. ![]() The 5Rhythms dance movement was founded in the 1970s by former American dancer and author Gabrielle Roth. She focused on five "body rhythms" to become more conscious through the action of dance. |
