This year, the full moon on July 3rd aligns with Independence Day on July 4th, when freedom and individuality are celebrated. Considered one of the "best moons energetically in 2023," July's full Buck Supermoon arrives this evening. It should be a beautiful sight coming off the horizon in its brightness. The July full moon is called the "Buck" moon because the male deer antlers are at full growth during this time. Deer represent instinctual energy, independence, and regeneration, and their antlers expand the strength of these energies, connecting us to a higher realm. During these magical lunar moments, we find ourselves drawn to expressive movements, to dance our prayers, and connect with the rhythm of our souls. Our 5Rhythms practice honors the interplay between energy, movement, and the human spirit. We surrender to the music and let our bodies become an instrument of expression. We embrace freedom, liberation, and connection when we move with intention as we release emotional patterns within a supportive environment. May you dance with joy under tonight's radiant moonlight, and come join us this Saturday in dance.
