Harvest Moon by Ruth Calder Murphy What will I harvest, harvest moon I am looking forward to dancing this Saturday on the day of the Harvest Moon. This full moon in Pisces connects us deeper with our emotions. Dance has always been an amazing way to bond and express our state of mind, whether it's the anger we're holding on to, the grief we fear, or the joy we can't express. Dance allows all these feelings to flow and move. In many of the outreach classes I have led, the staff often talk about how participants express the joy that they haven’t felt for a long time. One counselor mentioned that an inmate demonstrated more emotions in her dancing than she did during months of counseling. I hope you can join us this Saturday in expressive dance. It takes place on MLK weekend in January 2023. The first payment is due by Oct 15 to reserve your spot. Because of the small group size of this event, space is limited.
