The August 30 blue supermoon marks a remarkable and infrequent celestial occurrence featuring two supermoons within a single month—an event that has captivated human imagination for centuries. This phenomenon is characterized by each moon's enlarged and bluish appearance, attributed to the distinctive alignment of celestial bodies.

This rare event welcomes moments of heightened energy when the veil between the physical and spiritual worlds is thin. In honor of this auspicious event, I’m called to offer a dance embodying the awe of the world above us.

On Wednesday, August 30, we’re hosting a Dancing with the Supermoon 5Rhythms class in Mill Valley, where we'll connect with the rhythms of the cosmos and experience the ethereal expanse of our spirits.
