Día de Los Muertos is a time spent remembering, appreciating, and celebrating the ancestors and loved ones that have passed to the afterlife. The Day of the Dead has always been a meaningful day for Syzygy Dance Project founder Sylvie Minot, a time spent honoring those who have transitioned. During this time of year, the veil between the two worlds thins and we can draw in love, healing, and forgiveness. It is a sacred opening that allows us to feel closer and more intimately connected to those in the other realm. Our ancestors can serve as our allies and a reservoir of flow back to the source. Many traditions have established practices to recognize the energetic field that exists just beyond the physical. In connection with these experiences, Sylvie invites you to join us for a unique event to dance with the beautiful spirits this season. You are welcome to bring pictures, symbols, or any items that represent the people who have passed to add to our altar at this special class.
