![]() On Friday, May 5th, the Full Flower Moon will grace the night sky, marking the height of spring in the northern hemisphere. Meanwhile, a penumbral lunar eclipse in the southern hemisphere will occur on May 6th, casting a subtle shadow on the moon. We are reminded of the universe's vast energetic power and the cosmos' magic as we gaze at these otherworldly events. This celestial dance invites us to surrender to the natural flow of the universe and embrace change as an inevitable part of life. The forever-shifting cycles of the natural world inspire us to shed old patterns and embrace new possibilities, inviting us to embody their transformative energy and explore new ways of interacting with our surroundings. In honor of this astral invitation to embrace change, we invite you to join us in movement and community on Saturday, May 13th, for the May Sweat Your Prayers class facilitated by certified 5Rhythms instructor Jennifer Bruner. Whether you prefer to spin gracefully or jump ecstatically, this is the perfect opportunity to step out of our repetitive patterns and try something new. Let us come together to celebrate Jennifer, embrace the power of change, and move with the music's natural rhythm and the energy of our community. Sylvie will be dancing Australia, in the southern hemisphere in tune with us. With love, The SDP Team The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, Saturday, May 13 Sweat Your Prayers with Jennifer Registration Details Register to *Join Saturday Sweat Your Prayers Class here: https://www.SyzygyDanceProject.org/Blog/Sweat-Your-Prayers-in-May *If you are a recurring member of SDP, you do not have to register for this class, but you do need to email [email protected] if you plan to attend, as space is limited.
