As we welcome July, we find ourselves fully immersed in the energy of summer. We can draw inspiration from a full Buck moon, the return of the Perseid meteor shower, and time spent outdoors with friends and family. July is the year's mid-point, reminding us of the cycles of life and encouraging us to look within and honor our personal journeys. Just as the summer sun shines brightly above, we too can shine our inner light brightly out into the world. In our monthly Sweat Your Prayers™ class, we connect our bodies to our inner guides. Movement becomes a powerful expression of our true selves, transcending barriers and celebrating our collective humanity. This practice, founded by 5Rhythms creator Gabrielle Roth, invites us all, regardless of our backgrounds, to explore the profound connection between movement, healing, and self-discovery. Sweat Your Prayers™ Sweat Your Prayers™ is not just a dance practice; it's a sacred journey into the depths of our souls, guided by the wisdom of movement and the power of intention. Created by 5Rhythms founder Gabrielle Roth, this transformative practice invites us to explore the divine within ourselves and the world around us. In Sweat Your Prayers™, we merge our bodies with the music, surrendering to the rhythm of our breath and the beat of our hearts. Through this embodied prayer, we awaken our senses, release stagnant energy, and embrace the fullness of our being. This practice is open to everyone, regardless of age, gender, or experience level. Whether you're a seasoned dancer or stepping onto the dance floor for the first time, you'll find a welcoming space to explore and express yourself authentically. There are no steps to follow, no right or wrong way to move; simply let your body lead the way and trust in the wisdom of your own movement. Guided by Sylvie Minot's gentle presence, we'll dance in silence, allowing the music to speak to our souls and guide us on our journey of self-discovery. Reserve Your Place To ensure your spot, we encourage you to register in advance, as space is limited. Join us in the heart of Point Richmond for a morning of movement, connection, and celebration. We look forward to dancing with you. With Love and Gratitude, Sylvie and the SDP Team P.S. No dance experience is necessary. All are welcome to join us on this journey of self-discovery and celebration! Sweat Your Prayers Class Details
