![]() Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year, begins at sunset on Friday, September 15, 2023 and continues through sundown on Sunday, September 17. It is a period filled with traditions that symbolize the themes of reflection, repentance, and renewal. Just as Rosh Hashanah is a time for contemplation, atonement, and restoration marked by the sounding of the shofar and communal gatherings, 5Rhythms also invite us to explore the cycles rhythms of life through movement and dance through our experiences that touch our minds and hearts. Together, they remind us to embrace the dance of existence, flowing through the changing seasons of both nature and life. We are encouraged to discover ways to grow and transform as we move to the rhythms of change. And like this week's new moon, which also represents fresh beginnings and the potential for inner radiance in the darkest of nights, we are invited to explore our inner thoughts and feelings and embrace the totality of human life on this planet. Let this week remind us that even in our most profound moments of reflection, there is the possibility of a fresh and luminous self emergence, a way forward into the new. Comments are closed.
