![]() With the ongoing chaos in the world affecting globally and all levels personally, we crave connection. Connection to each other, to purpose, to joy, to something bigger. I have been teaching dance for over 20 years and have primarily focused on working with groups with some private sessions. But for the last couple of years, due to Covid, I have been called to do more 1:1 online and in-person and with small groups. I want to introduce my private sessions to those of you who may not be familiar with my 1:1 work with movement and dance. We move with the stuck places, the emotions, the parts of us that have been distracted, hidden, and unseen. We give them breath, voice, movement, space and bring them out of the shadow. Our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies work together again. Small-Group Sessions (2 – 4 people) with Sylvie Minot Involves work similar to 1:1 sessions. Each individual experiences their unique process while also receiving the support of others and dealing with whatever social interactions bring up. Sylvie has studied psychology, indigenous healing rituals, energy medicine, and sound healing and is inspired by the teachings of Angeles Arrien, Caroline Myss, and Tito La Rosa. Since 2000, Sylvie has taught weekly dance classes and workshops for a variety of populations.
