Love After Love by Derek Walcott The time will come October’s arrival signifies an opening for transition and release in our lives. Trees begin their transformation into hibernation by changing colors and dropping leaves. It is the beginning of the season, where we reset our internal compass to make room for the coming year. Just as our surroundings are changing, we have the opportunity to change and release what we no longer need through the practice of dance. In releasing, we come back to our core, to ourselves. Dance raises our vibration, and when we vibrate at a higher level, we feel connected, blissful, and more centered. So let’s dance into fall together on October 8th and welcome our breath, our soul into our bodies. With love, Sylvie and the SDP Team PS. No dance experience needed. Beginners are always welcome.
