Sound waves have been utilized across cultures for thousands of years as a tool to promote relaxation, meditative states, renewed energy, and heart openings. Mindful time spent nurturing ourselves allows us to be more in tune with our bodies and the emotions we hold inside. We focus on what makes us feel nourished while easing feelings of stress and anxiety. It's a chance to slow down and revitalize. Our upcoming January 29th Sound Waves event centers around attuning to healing sounds while benefiting Syzygy Dance Project's community outreach programs. Sound Waves is an opportunity to relax and rejuvenate, with instruments providing vibrational healing. Our Sound Waves sessions utilize indigenous instruments from Peru, crystal, and Tibetan singing bowls, and Native American flutes, drums, and rain sticks, and then afterward, we enjoy treats and libations. We'd love for you to join us at this popular yearly event.
