In the past few years, scientists have rekindled a long-neglected curiosity about the moon’s power to manipulate life, reviving studies on biology’s secret moon clocks.
In antiquity, the influence of the moon on earthbound life was intuited—and celebrated. Our ancestors revered the moon as the equal of the sun, a dynamic signature of time, and a potent source of fertility. (Smithsonian magazine)
Supermoon energy is about becoming whole and welcoming this full embrace of all that surrounds us. It’s a time of renewal, reconnection, and growth. A period to come together in movement to rebalance ourselves and re-energize each other.
This is a powerful time to let go of what’s no longer serving you in your life and begin anew. Dancing under the moon's energy allows you to do what Rumi once said, "escape from the black cloud
that surrounds you ... to see your own light as radiant as the full moon.”
Connect with the energy of the universe and consider dancing with us under the full moon.
Be like the full moon,
embracing its vast fullness
in remarkable glory

Winter Sound Healing Retreat
We are pleased to announce that Syzygy Dance Project founder Sylvie Minot is invited to hold a sound healing as part of The Shift Network’s Sound Healing Retreat this winter.
This event marks the first-ever retreat by The Shift Network dedicated to the extraordinary healing power of vibrational medicine and to those who want to co-create something profound.
Imagine being immersed in a whole week of nourishing sound therapies — that cleanse you of the heaviness of recent years and leave you replenished, energized, inspired, and whole and held within a supportive community of curious and like-minded spiritual seekers and sound-healing practitioners.
For most of us, after being somewhat isolated over the past two years, coming together and being face-to-face and heart-to-heart is a welcome change.
You can join Sylvie and other sound healing teachers and enthusiasts for the Sacred Sound Healing Retreat from December 4 - 10, 2022, at the tranquil Asilomar Center, in beautiful Pacific Grove, California.
