Experience the transformative power of movement and music in September in Sylvie Minot's monthly Saturday morning 5Rhythms Sweat Your Prayers™ class.
Immerse yourself safely in a dance of self-discovery within a supportive community of like-minded individuals.
Embark on a journey of personal exploration as you participate in this unique class, consisting of two waves. During the first wave, take time to arrive, let go of the day's stress, and fully inhabit your body. In the second wave, dive deeper into the dance and explore a specific theme, unlocking new dimensions of movement and expression.
5Rhythms® is a powerful yet simple, meditative movement practice that celebrates the inherent dancer within each and every one of us, regardless of our physical attributes, age, or prior experience. Through this practice, profound healing and creative expression are awakened.
At the core of this work lies a fundamental 5Rhythm teaching: by setting your psyche in motion, you ignite its inherent capacity for self-healing.
Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness are the five rhythms that converge to create a dynamic wave. There are no prescribed steps; instead, you will tap into your body's innate wisdom, bringing awareness to patterns within yourself and your life and discovering your unique expression.
Sylvie Minot guides each class with minimal intervention or silence, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the experience of "dancing" as a moving meditation.
We highly recommend pre-registering to secure your place in this welcoming class, as space is limited and classes often reach capacity quickly. Take advantage of this opportunity to embark on a profound journey of self-discovery and connection.
