The Year of the Water Rabbit is a time for rest, self-contemplation, and finding inner peace. It’s an opening for self-care and building resilience. As a global dance movement community, we have gone through and continue to experience challenges in the world today. It is more important than ever, to take time out to rest, rejuvenate our spirit, and regularly connect with a supportive community. Here at Syzygy Dance Project, we are grateful to be able to continue to provide movement classes and special community events that help us manage the stress and uncertainty of living in today's world. On Sunday, January 29th in Point Richmond California, we are holding a Sound Waves Benefit. Come spend a peaceful and rejuvenating afternoon attuning to healing sounds and supporting our community outreach programs. On February 11, we resume our regular second Saturday of the month Sweat Your Prayers classes, tapping into the wisdom of our bodies, bringing awareness to the patterns in ourselves and our lives, and finding our own individual expression and joyfulness. Our virtual Shamanic Journey and Movement 7-week series will start again on Tuesday, February 14, 2023, from 5-7 pm PST (US). Please email Sylvie to register at [email protected].
