During REM sleep, we enter a mysterious world where our connection to the physical drifts away, and we begin to experience the world of our dreams. Since the beginning of humankind, we've been searching for answers and exploring our dreams. Yet, we continue to ask the same burning question: "What do our dreams really mean?" Psychiatrist Carl Jung thought, “dreams are impartial, spontaneous products of the unconscious psyche, outside the control of the will. They are pure nature; they show us the unvarnished, natural truth and are therefore fitted, as nothing else is, to give us back an attitude that accords with our basic human nature when our consciousness has strayed too far from its foundations and run into an impasse.” I am hosting a workshop to explore the world of dreams. Participants will connect their dream worlds, shamanic journeying, dancing, and writing together to tap deeper into the mystical. This 6-hour workshop will start with movement, inviting a specific dream that each participant would like to work with into their dance, then journey with the images of the dream. I’d love to see you at this event! Awaken and dance With Love, Sylvie and the SDP Team REGISTRATION FOR THIS WORKSHOP HAS CLOSED
