![]() When we dance, our bodies' moving can take us beyond merely dancing a certain way to letting go, where a shift of our perspective evolves into a new expressive form. ![]() It has been a liberating week. On Saturday, I heard the collective exhale from around the world as crowds gathered in mutual joy to dance in the streets. In 1979, I arrived in the US full of hope for freedom, a dream, a vision, and a life where it was all possible. Until last Saturday, I wasn't sure this remained true. ![]() Here we are! Today is Election Day in the U.S. I invite you to take pauses throughout the day and send out a prayer for our collective well-being. Our anxiety has been building up. We are on the edge of our minds--waiting for something new while hoping for the change we want to see. ![]() This week while I am off on a mini-vacation, I want to introduce you to Tina Marinic. She is currently a participant in the training path to become a certified 5Rhythms teacher. Tina will teach this Wednesday's Zoom class as part of her requirements for completing the 5Rhythms Teacher Training Program.
