When we dance, our bodies' moving can take us beyond merely dancing a certain way to letting go, where a shift of our perspective evolves into a new expressive form.
It has been a liberating week. On Saturday, I heard the collective exhale from around the world as crowds gathered in mutual joy to dance in the streets.
In 1979, I arrived in the US full of hope for freedom, a dream, a vision, and a life where it was all possible. Until last Saturday, I wasn't sure this remained true.
Here we are! Today is Election Day in the U.S. I invite you to take pauses throughout the day and send out a prayer for our collective well-being.
Our anxiety has been building up. We are on the edge of our minds--waiting for something new while hoping for the change we want to see.
This week while I am off on a mini-vacation, I want to introduce you to Tina Marinic. She is currently a participant in the training path to become a certified 5Rhythms teacher.
Tina will teach this Wednesday's Zoom class as part of her requirements for completing the 5Rhythms Teacher Training Program.
These classes support the trainee's growth and development as a 5Rhythms teacher. It is my hope that you will attend and support her efforts.
And now for some thoughts from Tina...
